Customer Service Representative
PcCareSupport is a remote computer support service, and our Customer Service Representatives oil our gears by assisting customers between all interactions with the diagnostic technicians and computer resolution specialists. You would contact customers to follow up with various support issues and or concerns, receive inbound calls to help with similar issues. As a CSR specialist you will assist all of our departments work together in the common goal of obtaining and retaining happy customers. We do expect advance knowledge of computers, exceptional communication skills while under pressure, and a very positive and assertive presence both on and off the phones.
- Take inbound calls from perspective and existing clients
- Address any customer concerns quickly and politely
- Suggest departments that would best fit the customers needs
- Proactively assist customers with any needs to effectively retain their business
