Job Description
Pc Care Support is a remote computer support service, and our inside sales associates take inbound calls from potential Pc Care Support clients that need help with various computer support problems. As a Diagnostic Technician you will use several diagnostic tools and knowledge of computer problems to help identify and diagnose various computer issues. We immediately gain access to the customers computer through remote support software which makes diagnosis a cinch. Once you have connected and diagnosed the customers problem you would offer any of our services that would resolve the our clients computer problem. This is a base wage position with bonuses based on performance.
Duties
- *Take inbound calls from perspective clients
- *Diagnose various computer problems
- *Suggest services that would best fit the clients needs
- *Process client orders and schedule for fullment
Requirements:
Honesty, first and foremost. Comfortable with technology and willing to learn about new technology. Positive communicator. Able to set and reach sales goals.
