Tier 2 Technician
Pc Care Support is a remote computer support service, and our Tier 2 Technical support reps take scheduled support calls, and occasional live transfers from customers needing various technical support. You would be responsible for fixing their various computer problems that can be resolved remotely. We have a wide range of support tools to make this process easy for the experienced professional computer service technician. If their is a situation that requires additional or replaced parts and hardware you would inform the customer of the need and schedule a remote technician and parts dispatch to visit the customers location and further resolve their computer support problem. This is a base wage position with bonuses based on performance.
- Perform inbound and outbound calls from existing and new clients
- Repair, fix and resolve any problems that tier 1 has diagnosed and signed customer up for
- Suggest additional services that would best fit the clients needs if applicable
- Schedule and dispatch onsite service and parts
