I'm a diagnostic tech, I check our customers computers to see what the issue is and determine the best solution for them.

What I like most about what I do:
I enjoy finding new computer shortcuts and tips that I can share with my customers to improve their computer experience. I also really like being able to make breakfast for the team! Bacon for life.

Hobbies:
I enjoy doing anything with my wife and kids. I love making and eating good food with my family and friends.
